BLAME IT ON THE BOSSA NOVA is a homage to the music that was born in Rio de Janeiro between the early 1950s and the mid-60s, bossa nova (literally ‘new trend or ‘new wave’’) is considered by many to be the 'the highest flowering of Brazilian culture'. The evening’s repertoire will consist of classic bossa nova tunes such as: Girl form Impanema; Corcovado; Manana de Carnaval; So Danca Samba; Mas Que Nada; Triste and Recado Bossa Nova.
